I ran down hobble creek canyon, it was beautiful and the run was very fun. The downhill was apinful on my knee but the pain slowly went away throughput the run. Missing the team and so excited to run with them.

Today was definitely hard for me! But it's ok cause Robs helped me get my head in the game better than Troy Bolton does in high school musical. And it was good to push myself at the end! We went 7:30ish the last 10 min and Robs said it will help racing a lot. So happy I have such great coaches :) and the pickups helped me keep a good pace.  Ready for tomorrow's trail run!

It was great today! The trail was beautiful and it was great talking to Robs and Rylee. The striders felt good and really loosened up my legs/feet. I felt really good today and I'm proud of Gracie and how hard she's pushing to do well. This year is going to be amazing all around.

Great run this morning. Me and Gracie went on the river trail for our minutes. My knees were really achy the first few minutes then I broke into it and they felt better. Gracie has been doing really well and we both promised to work on form and point out what was bad about each other's. Overall this week was great :)

Today was awesome! Can't believe we ran 9 miles. It's been so great running with all the girls again! I missed all of them and how hard they push me. I've enjoyed (trying to enjoy) running fast at the end of runs. Robs has helped push me with that. I'm so excited for this year, I see all the potential in every girl. I love seeing everyone push. Also shout out to the captains! You guys have done amazing so far! :)))

Today was not a great run for me. I had a really hard time with the heat and knew that I wasn't hydrated enough. I came home and had the chills and felt really sick for awhile. I drank plenty of water and I've definitely learned my lesson about staying hydrated in this gosh forsaken heat.

Today was awesome! I felt so great and definitely could feel the difference from yesterday. I feel very hydrated and Ive been working on eating healthier and on a better schedule. The afternoon run was also pretty good. I prepared really well for it by eating at  a good time before and drinking lots of water. I'm so excited to do more of them and get better. Running is just great :)

Today was quite the rush. Me and Gracie went running like we did yesterday but today we got in trouble by camp directors while running. They got mad that we were runnng off of our camp ground, which I guess is understandable so we apologized, but then they got mad because we were wearing shorts at girls camp. They then told us they were going to follow us all the way back to make sure we made it safe, even tho we were on a safe dirt road and not lost out in the wilderness. I told Gracie to get ready and we took off sprinting away from the camp directors in their side-by-side. We ran our tempo all the way back to the camp which was great cause we had motivation to do it. When we got to our camp we hid away from the directors and they came by and asked my mom and leaders if they had seen two escapees. When they told them no, they left and we got away with it! hehehe

Today was nice! Me and Gracie ran when we got back from girls camp, because after we got caught we didn't run :( but it was nice to get bcak today. We ran to Carls Junior and i added on a few minutes after Gracie. The increase in speed was nice at the end.

Today we had a hilly run, which was kinda hard to push through but it was good for the most part. The pushing was honestly fun especially because I'm part of the best team that helps the pushing and helps me find joy in it. It was nice to have Brianna with us today, I love running with her. And I talked to Addi about feeling good and how it doesn't happen everyday. I love all these girls so much and I'm so thankful for each and every one of them.

Me and Gracie ran an afternoon run together and it was pretty great. I feel like the heat is becoming less of a problem now. Just stay hydrated kids.

What a day. I felt so good today. Coach Holt did a visualization activity before tempo and it helped me push through 28 min of tempo today. Josie also said some things to help me continue pushing. It's going to be hard without her next year, I look up to her so much. The team overall did amazing. People stuck in longer than they eve have especially the freshman. I'm so excited for next year! The competition will be insanely intense and fun. Glad I have such an incredible team. 

The afternoon run was great today! We went a different way and weights made me feel good.

One of the best workouts of all time. I loved doing the sandhill. It was super hard but I loved pushing through it and seeing Gracie push! The downhill felt awesome and the uphill felt less awesome, but by the end I was proud of what everyone accomplished. Glad i could also help rescue Jada, Macey and Janessa!

today was great! Me and Gracie couldn't do the Hurricane 5K or the enterprise 5K so we ran our tempo on our own. Gracie woke up before me and left because I wouldn't get up lol then I got up at eight and did a loop up to Costco from my house and added on a few around my house. I did tempo for about 22 min and ran a little faster of a pace. Sometimes I would catch myself slowing down so i tried really hard to feel the pace and do it. It's hard when you don't have anyone with you! But it's good to get used to the paces on your own.

Today was seriously so fun!  The rain was awesome and it was fun running with the girls. I felt super close to them today and I had a ton of fun wrestling in the mud and grass. Ultimate was also super dope! Overall an awesome day! :)

Life has been so great. I've just realized how much you miss when you don't stop and take a look around. I'm so excited for school to start and I have a feeling this year is going to be amazing. Today was pretty good. I kinda zoned out in the afternoon today and got thinking about my future and how much I want. I realized how much I settle sometimes when it comes to smaller things but they're still important. I'm going to work on being on time to every class. I also don't want to settle when it comes to relationships. It's important to give your all in a friendship and find the best people to be close to. People you'll always care about and people who will always care about you and aren't afraid to show it. I also want to work on being positive and facing problems in a healthy way. I'm thankful for this team and the amazing support I get. I love running and life so much.

am- the morning run was super good! It was kinda hard to get into it at first but i felt better later on. Running faster at the end is awesome. It was hard for me at first to like but I’ve come to enjoy it a lot. I think it’s good for my knees and body all around. The run was just awesome!

am- This morning was really good! I did almost all my weights and I’m working on managing my time better in the weight room :,) but I feel like I’ve been doing better at staying committed. I want to apologize for not blogging tho. I need to be better at that and show that I want to be committed.

Pm-the afternoon was super fun! Running with the girls and talking about everything in life was great. I love my bffs. We also got frostop after the run and that was so fun! So glad I have such great teammates! I’m BEYOND PROUD of our jv girls and guys! The snow canyon race was so fun to watch! Scottie absolutely killed it out there! And let’s not forget how amazing Brianna did! She definitely just went for it and didn’t leave anything behind! I know she has so much potential and I’m so excited! And I heard everyone else was awesome to watch! (Especially Ethan leading the race) So proud of this team!

This morning was good! I woke up with a sore throat and wasn’t feeling super good. As the day went on I felt worse and got a really bad head ache. So I took the afternoon off to try to recover fast and get better. I haven’t gotten sick yet this year so hopefully this sickness is quick and I’ll feel better tomorrow. I’m soooo excited for region. I’m really hoping to get in the 17:30s at this course because that’s my season goal time. This course seems fun and fast and I’m ready to push myself with the best girls out there. (:
