One of the best workouts of all time. I loved doing the sandhill. It was super hard but I loved pushing through it and seeing Gracie push! The downhill felt awesome and the uphill felt less awesome, but by the end I was proud of what everyone accomplished. Glad i could also help rescue Jada, Macey and Janessa!

Grass run! Today felt really good. My legs felt loose and it's was fun running with all the girls and talking.

Today was ok. After we got to Sullivan park my body felt really tired. I also had a hard time breathing especially on the last few min even tho I went 5 under the max. I'm glad I could I could rescue Evan today and I'm ready to push harder tomorrow.

Fum work out! We ran a bunch of the different paces, (tempo, threshold, and CV) and it felt really good to try them all out. The workout was hard enough to make me tired but too hard. I loved it.

Today felt super good. We met at the Vernon Worthen park and ran for 50 min with Striders. The Striders felt super good and the way back from the run also felt really good.
