Just barely got back from my work out. It was so cold it kinda made it miserable and I’m definitely still sick so I only did one set of the workout. It felt good to be running quick tho because i feel like I haven really been able to much this season with all my injuries.

i was definitely sick today. I didn’t go to school because I had a really bad cough and sore throat but I went to practice and ran up to Hart’s then flipped hopefully I feel better tomorrow. I have to stay home from practice tomorrow because I’m watching Ty while my mom is at a work meeting in salt lake so I’m getting up early for the work out which I hope goes well.

i slept through my alarm so I didn’t make it to the run but I ran foremaster by myself around 9:30. The run was pretty good but I’m pretty sure I’m getting sick so I’m nervous about that. I saw Mr. Staheli and Decker while I was running which was cool haha overall it was a good day
